Production Time

Every hat is custom made to order. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your hat ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

After production, standard shipping within the US takes 3 to 4 business days. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of being placed. Orders over $69 ship free within the US.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times for international orders vary by location but typically range from 7 to 21 business days after production.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost. Conspiracy Chud LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package the whole way. If you don't receive a tracking email within 7 business days of ordering, reach out to us and we will look into it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

If your package appears stuck or lost in transit with no tracking updates for 10+ business days, email us and we will investigate and either reship or refund your order.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times to these addresses may be slightly longer than standard domestic shipping.
