Because every hat is custom made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing preferences or a change of mind. However, if your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you covered just email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
From the time you place your order, you're typically looking at 2–5 business days for production plus another 3–4 business days for delivery, so around 1–2 weeks in total for most US orders. Once your hat ships you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way. If anything unexpected comes up on our end, we'll keep you in the loop.
