Made to Order

Most of our hats are custom made to order, which means production starts the second your order comes through. Because of that, we're not able to cancel or make changes once an order is placed, so make sure everything looks right before you hit submit.

Returns & Refunds

Because every hat is made just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing preferences or a change of mind. That said, if your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you covered. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

From the time you place your order, you're typically looking at 2-5 business days for production plus another 3-4 for delivery, so around 1-2 weeks in total for most US orders. Once your hat ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way. If anything unexpected comes up on our end, we'll keep you in the loop.

Sizing

Our hats are one size fits all with an adjustable strap so you can get the fit just right. By purchasing, you're confirming you've had a look at our sizing info. Fit dissatisfaction doesn't qualify for a return or refund.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and branding are owned by Conspiracy Chud LLC. Please don't reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our stuff without written permission first.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conspiracy Chud LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this website or purchase of our products.

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of this website or our products exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to shop with us after any changes means you're good with the updated version.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use this website. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If we learn that someone under 18 has placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at conspiracychud@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we can't resolve it informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will take place in the State of Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Conspiracy Chud LLC.

Small claims court actions that fall within the jurisdictional limits of a Wyoming small claims court are exempt from this arbitration requirement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Conspiracy Chud LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of this website, your purchase or use of any products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
