Because every hat is custom made to order, we don't offer refunds for sizing preferences or a change of mind. All sales are final unless there is an issue on our end.

When You're Eligible

If your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, you're eligible for a full refund or replacement. To request one, email us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

Once we review your claim, we'll follow up with either a replacement or a full refund when eligible.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Sizing preference or fit dissatisfaction (our hats are one size fits all with an adjustable strap)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Because every hat is custom made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing preferences or a change of mind. However, if your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you covered just email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
From the time you place your order, you're typically looking at 2–5 business days for production plus another 3–4 business days for delivery, so around 1–2 weeks in total for most US orders. Once your hat ships you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way. If anything unexpected comes up on our end, we'll keep you in the loop.
