Returns & Exchanges
Every hat is custom made to order, which means we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or a change of mind. However, if your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you covered. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Shipping Timeline
From the time you place your order, expect 2-5 business days for production plus another 3-4 business days for delivery, so around 1-2 weeks total for most US orders. Once your hat ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way. If anything unexpected comes up on our end, we'll keep you in the loop.
Sizing
Our hats are one size fits all, with an adjustable strap so you can get the fit just right.
How to File a Claim
